ABOUT JASON

In a career that spans 30 years, Jason Chan was virtually born into the restaurant business. His parents owned and operated several restaurants and bars in Chicago from the late 60’s through the 80’s.


Jason has worked with an impressive list of industry professionals including; Lettuce Entertain You, Miae Lim, Jerry Kleiner, The Morton Group, Michael Kornick, SFX, The Sushi Samba Group and Innovative Dining Group.


As a successful restaurant consultant, he has brought his deep knowledge of the industry to serve his clients and a consortium of establishments locally and nation-wide.


In his personal life, Jason is an avid Martial Artist. Jason teaches, administers, seminars and privately instructs a select list of fellow Chicagoans. His other passion is inspiring, raising awareness and fund raising for the Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center, Immerman's Angels and the Ferrer Foundation, all local Chicago Organizations. 


His achievements include; Top 20 Best Restaurants in America by John Mariani and Esquire Magazine 2005, Chicago Dining Award for Restaurateur of the year 2015 by Chicago Tribune, First Recipient Icon of Chicago Award 2018 and 80 Most Influential Chicagoans 2018.

ABOUT LONNIE

With over 20 years of experience catering to clients in hospitality, food & wine, spirits, fashion and entertainment. Expertise in driving successful marketing campaigns for a broad range of companies. A Creative strategist skilled in building brand awareness and positively promoting brands through traditional and new media channels and experiential marketing. Capability and skill set to manage projects from ideation to successful completion including budgeting, staff leadership, product development and internal/external communications.
